1. Bachelor degree in law or above
2. Valid PRC lawyer license
3. Able to handle bilingual Chinese-English legal communication
4. Experience in supply-chain, commercial dispute or foreign-related matters preferred
Handle entity verification, litigation-data review, risk analysis and coordination of necessary on-site investigation work.

Review bilingual contracts, optimize transaction clauses, identify performance risk and build preventive dispute structures.

3. Ability to draft bilingual legal opinions is a plus
4. Detail-oriented with clear communication skills
Coordinate overseas client communication, case-material filing, milestone tracking and internal project collaboration.
